Victorialee Arger is a designer, concept generator, and lifestyle visionary. Her range of industry experience has helped her to cultivate and pursue her interests in spatial design, real estate, and sustainable development.

Victorialee graduated Dean's List at Pratt institute in 2005 with a BFA in Fashion Design all while nurturing her first child. For the next 5 years she worked as an Assistant Director of Visual Merchandising for Stuart Weitzman. Victorialee expanded her roster of private clients and started designing bespoke products for celebrities and iconic brands such as Oprah Winfrey, Oscar De La Renta and Maybelline.

After witnessing a shift in technology and the introduction of social media Victorialee began a simultaneous journey into the Marketing and Advertising world, collaborating with a multitude of brands on their content creation and media activations. Charged with executing large scale productions for major luxury brands and fashion editorials for publications such as Vogue and Elle Decor, Victorialee helped her clients to visually represent and elevate their brands through visual storytelling.

Victorialee's creative journey led her back to a more hands-on approach with spatial design as her concentration, which included residential and commercial design projects. During this period she worked hands on with Italian Importers assisting them with the development and US launch of their versatile microcoating material lines. In 2017 Victorialee acquired a NYS Real Estate License and worked as a buyers agent on land acquisition projects. Her vision was to increase property value and sales by utilizing Spatial Design techniques and elevated Decor staging.

When asked “what should design do next?” Victorialee’s response was to create living environments and communities that are revolutionary in their impact on the planet and the human experience. Her most recent project, Tectopia is an eco luxe, sustainable living development, born out of a post pandemic world. After witnessing the challenges of an uncertain climate firsthand, she was moved to fulfill the need for self-sustainable community spaces, empowering others to live a more green lifestyle.
